Ascophyllum nodosum, also known as knotted wrack, is a brown seaweed renowned for its exceptional richness in essential nutrients. Our Ascophyllum is harvested along the unspoiled coasts of Ireland, in a clean and natural environment, ensuring optimal purity and nutritional quality.

This seaweed is naturally rich in vitamins (particularly B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, and beta-carotene), as well as essential minerals and trace elements such as zinc, copper, iron, selenium, and manganese.

Its organic form allows for excellent bioavailability, supporting efficient absorption and optimal use of nutrients from the horse’s diet, while helping maintain overall metabolic balance.

Carefully dried and milled after harvesting, it preserves all its natural properties. It supports digestive function and gut flora, contributing to better feed efficiency and a natural regulation of metabolism.

Ascophyllum also supports natural detoxification processes and liver function, a key organ in metabolic regulation, while helping strengthen the immune system.

Daily use contributes to:

  • healthy skin and a shiny coat

  • natural pigmentation

  • stronger hoof quality

  • immune support

  • improved overall vitality

Thanks to its natural mineral richness, it is particularly beneficial in cases of deficiencies, fatigue, or during periods of dietary transition.

100% natural product, with no additives, suitable for all horses.
